Shopping Information

  • Depending on product availability, most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your shipping address.

  • Note - may be delayed due to, weather, and other unexpected conditions. 

 

Returns, Replacements, And Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on Kevin Murphy India?

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state, expired, or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]

At the time of delivery, please ensure that you do not accept any package that is damaged or tampered with in any way.

 

Note*: Customer must have package opening video to apply for the return.

If a return is accepted, Kevin Murphy India will replace or refund the invoiced value for the damaged/defective/expired or wrong product.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals. We are certified 100% Cruelty-Free.

Are the products Paraben-Free?

Yes, all the products are 100% Paraben Free as they are made with natural formulations using natural actives, exquisite natural fragrances and 100% Paraben Free preservatives.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Mostly it is two years from the date of manufacturing. For more details, you can refer to the back label of the products.

How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?

We'll send you a confirmation email so that you’ll come to know that your order has been successfully processed.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after 2 days of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by the brand.
 

 

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you'll see a denial notification displayed on the final checkout page. We suggest that you return to the checkout page to make sure all the details you entered are correct before trying to re-submit your order. You'll be able to update your payment options with a different method if necessary. If the declined message continues to pop up, call our Customer Helpline team on Number or email.

Can I cancel my order once I have received confirmation?

If your product hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse, then you can possibly cancel your order. Contact our Customer Helpline team on ( Number ) If your goods have already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery of the order which will then be returned to us. Once the package has reached us, we will give you a full refund excluding the original postage and packaging cost.

What If I receive an incomplete or damaged order?

No need to worry, if your order is damaged in transit, you can call our Customer Care Executive on Number or email - to inform us about it. We will replace it as soon as possible.

Delivery FAQs

How will I know my goods have been dispatched?

As soon as the products have been dispatched, we will send you an email and text notification confirming the details of your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email right away. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you are a guest user, you can track through the link shared with you over email/SMS. 

What happens if my goods arrive late?

Sometimes it may happen that products get delayed due to a dispatch glitch; in that case, you can directly contact our customer executive by Mobile or email - 

Can I upgrade my delivery service once the order has been dispatched?

Sorry, once an order has been dispatched you can't change the delivery service that you originally chose. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

To ensure the products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. We at Kevin Murphy India maintain a very high level of quality control during packaging.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer a replacement on items that may have been damaged during shipping. Returns other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
